Dr Malinga recounts how the Economic Freedom Fighter (EFF) political party came to his rescue due to Tax debt.
In 2023, the musician broke down in tears during an interview with Mac G; he revealed that his house has been emptied and he was at the verge of losing his home.
Speaking at an EFF Workers Day Community rally in Soshanguve, Dr Malinga said, he the party helped and saved him.
”I cried tears. When people see you crying, they tend to judge. I cried because I needed help,” he said.
“I sacrificed my celebrity status; I didn’t care about being judged. I am not buying face. I didn’t go out and rob people, like many people having financial issues. I asked for help.”
“I now have a financial advisor and an accountant helping me with paperwork,” he added.
Makhadzi, Oskido and Black Coffee also assisted Dr Malinga.
