Bob Mabena dies, people react
The loss of the icon comes as a shock to many people who believe that he has gone too soon. He has been called the master of the mic, and rightly so.
In an Instagram post yesterday, Bob wrote,
“Gather ye Rose-buds while ye may, Old Time is still a-flying: And this same flower that smiles to day, To morrow will be …”.
Carpe Diem!!!!
Carpe diem is a Latin phrase that urges people to make the most of the present time and give little thought to the future.
One Twitter user believes that judging by the post, Mabena knew that he was leaving the world.
“I always knew that people know when they are about to leave us. This is Bra Bob’s last post 1 day ago on IG.”
