Battlefield 3 is Now Available for Free for Amazon Prime Members

Last August, we learned that the Twitch Prime subscription was going to be renamed Prime Gaming. If the name change is one thing, members can still enjoy the same benefits and can download all their favorite games in one place.

Battlefield 3 is Now Available for Free for Amazon Prime Members

Like many similar services on consoles and PCs, Prime Gaming offers various benefits to Amazon Prime subscribers (€12.99 / month or $119 / year). For the gaming part, this means exclusive loot to unlock in certain titles, but also full games offered that can be kept indefinitely. And that’s where we’re going right now.

Amazon just announced that users with an active Prime membership can download their copy of Battlefield 3 through Origin. Released in October 2011, the FPS developed by DICE is therefore free with all of its single-player campaign and multiplayer modes. The game is getting old, but it is clear that it is one of the best shooting games of the last ten years.

The code to redeem Battlefield 3 must be redeemed by December 30, 2020 and used by January 29, 2021 on Origin. There is also some Other games are offered through Prime Gaming like Wizard of Legend, The King of Fighters 2002, Samurai Showdown II and Metal Slug 3.

As a reminder, currently it is possible to pick up Aurion: Legacy of the Kori-Odan until December 11, 2020 or to try over 20 SNK arcade classics, including Fatal Fury Special, Samurai Shodown II and Metal Slug 2.
